The following items cannot be returned. If you are unsure if your item is returnable please contact the program CSR, info located on the FAQ page.

• Washed
• Worn
• Soiled
• has missing tags
• are 'on demand' or 'custom' items
• Personalized
• labeled as *D* (discontinued) at the time of purchase 

 You will be refunded for the product cost less any freight costs. All refunds will be processed approximately 10 business days after returned items arrive at our facility.

The purchaser is responsible for freight to return product. Please include the following information with your return:
